OLYKOTE 1000 PASTE is a solid lubricant-based paste used on metal threaded connections that does not contain lead or nickel.

1.Wide operating temperature range (-30ºC to 650ºC);
2. High carrying capacity;
3. After long-term operation under high temperature, it can still be disassembled without damage;
4. The friction coefficient of the lubricant in the threaded part will not change, even after multiple tightening or disassembly;
5. Excellent corrosion resistance;

Composition:
1. Solid lubricant;
2. Mineral oil;
3. Thickener;
4. Metal powder;

Application:
1. It is suitable for threaded connections in high-temperature (650°C) corrosive environments, and is suitable for working conditions that require frequent assembly and disassembly after installation. In order to ensure that the pre-tightening force of the thread remains unchanged, the friction coefficient of the lubricant should be controlled to remain unchanged.
2. It is quite mature in the threaded connection of steam turbines. In addition, it is widely used in the threaded connection of plastic molds, the threaded connection in the chemical industry and the pull ring indicator of the centrifuge.
